Every property is carefully researched and developed to maximise capital gain, to ensure a high yielding rental income and to provide the highest possible taxation savings.

Our dedicated and professional team will guide clients all the way through until their home is completed and tenanted, making it a hassle and stress free experience. We learn about each client’s individual financial situation and work with them and their accountants to tailor make a solution to suit their needs.

Housing Investment Australasia house and land packages are total turnkey and come with a fixed price building contract.  This means that everything from the letterbox, to the clothesline, to the landscaping and the entire home are included in the package price.  There are no hidden costs.

We take “baby steps” throughout the entire process and start with the “horse before the cart”.  Before you get too excited with house plans, tiles and colour selections, we do a fact find with you.  It is important to have a look at the financial side of things long before you pick the colour of the bricks!  This fact find is completed by you with one of our consultants and can be done in the comfort of your own home or here in our office, whichever is preferable to you.

Once this information has been gathered, we then work with you and with the help of a financier, determine your financial capacity and discuss what is financially appropriate and fits well into your lifestyle and budget.  It is important that any costs associated with your new investment property or home fit into your lifestyle, it has to be an “easy and comfortable” process that creates absolutely no heartache or financial hardship.  If there is any chance of heartache or financial hardship we recommend that you don’t move forward at that time and we help you work out how you can purchase in the future.

After all parties are comfortable and a budget has been determined it’s time for us to get to work.  We set about searching for suitable land, researching in residential housing locations with better than average long and short term capital growth and with higher rental yields to maximise the tax benefits for each individual. By tailor making an investment property package with a fixed price build we aim to take the hard work out of your purchase by securing the best possible package with the greatest benefits for you.

Once the package has been finalised and presented for your approval we ask for an initial holding deposit of $2,000 of which $1,000 is for the land and $1,000 is for the build.  This deposit locks the package price, then it’s time to work through the finance application process.  It is important to know that this is fully refundable if your finance is declined. You get your $2,000 back!
Once the finance is approved it’s all systems go! We project manage the whole process on your behalf, we liaise and act as “go between” with client, financier, solicitor, builder and property manager to assure that the end result is a happy tenant and a very happy client, YOU!
