A newly built home has all the latest modern features and appliances, all under warranty. An established home may require replacements and maintenance work. In addition for investors the financial benefits of new versus old are much more rewarding.

How long does it take to build a home with Housing Investment Australasia?
Once construction starts, homes are normally completed and ready for occupancy in 20 weeks.

Do you have a display home to inspect the quality and workmanship?
Yes. We have display homes situated at Point Cook and in Sandhurst. Please contact our office to arrange an inspection.

Are there any hidden costs?
Definitely Not!  All our house and land packages are “Total Turnkey” with no surprise hidden extras. Everything is included in our packages from landscaping to the number on the letterbox. All site costs and covenant requirements are included - there really is nothing more to pay!

How much do we need to save to build our first home?
As a guide, banking institutions require a minimum 5% deposit for a home loan and a savings history over six months. Credit Unions need a minimum 3% deposit and a savings history of at least three months.

How much do we need to save to build an investment property?
This varies for each individual - we invite you to contact us to see how easy this can be!
